Refund Policy

DariScript is a digital subscription service. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.


1. General Policy

Because transcription minutes are consumed immediately upon processing, refunds are generally not provided once usage has occurred during a billing period.

If you have not used any transcription credits in the current billing cycle and contact us within 7 days of purchase, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical failure — a verified error on our end prevented you from using the service during your billing period.
  • Accidental duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. To request a refund, email us at ilyass@acture.co with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.


4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until the end of the period you have paid for.


5. Payment Disputes

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. For payment disputes not resolved through our support, you may contact Lemon Squeezy directly or initiate a dispute with your card provider.
